After

From the girl who believed something was wrong with her body to the coach who has spent 25 years helping others become stronger.

I’m Coach Hebah—a 48-year-old mother of five and a fitness coach with 25 years of experience.

My studies in molecular biology and medicine taught me to examine the evidence. Decades of coaching taught me how to turn it into practical habits women can follow in real life.

After losing 36 kg when I was younger, I built a career helping others become stronger. Then, when stress, insomnia and perimenopause changed my body in my 40s, I combined athletic training, real-food nutrition and Sunnah fasting to lose another 7 kg.

Now I help Muslim women become stronger without extremes—and without compromising their faith or values.

Because better health shouldn’t pull us away from our faith. It should help us live it more fully.
